We seek the complete satisfaction of our customers.
Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them being careful to not damage any packaging or remove any labels.
If you are not completely satisfied and if you comply with our return policies below you can return your purchase within 15 days of the purchase date for an exchange to the same value excluding shipping costs to us.
Please notify us by emailing to email@example.com within 10 days of your purchase with your order number, copy of your receipt and the reason for your return.
If, at our discretion, we agree to replace or refund the faulty goods to you we will email you a claim form. After filling in the claim form please send it together with a copy of your receipt of purchase and the returning product in its original packaging.with the returning package.
Please note as some of our products are food products we are unable to accept any return of a food product that has been opened.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after inspecting the item. Any refund will be refunded via your original payment method excluding any credit card charge or bank charge or shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 10 to 15 days depending on your payment method.
We will not accept goods on the basis you have changed your mind.
We will not accept goods that were sold “on sales”.
We will not accept goods in damaged packaging or without its labels.
We will not accept goods damaged by either impact, liquid, sand, insects, natural disaster or act of God.
We will not accept goods, used, altered or damaged in transport. For “damaged in transport” reasons we may act on your behalf to resolve the issue with the transport company and have a replacement of the goods sent to you.
You are responsible for shipping costs to ship the goods to us. We are responsible for shipping the goods to you.
After we have received and inspected the returned goods you will received an email notification from us. If your replacement is approved by us you should receive your replacement within the next ten business days.
Out of Stock Goods:
We endeavour to have full stock of all goods listed on our Website, however there may a time when small delays in supply occur during times of heavy demand, or with limited editions or for other reasons out of our control and this may render goods temporarily or permanently unavailable. In such circumstances you will be advised of the delay, the length of the delay and given product alternatives.or the option to have it on “back order” for delivery as soon as practical. If the product is permanently out of stock or out of stock for an unreasonable time you may be offered a refund at our discretion.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Malaysian Act A1533 Consumer Protection (Amendment) Act 2017.
Our liability for any claim, damages, loss, or expense related to the supply by us of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for the goods or services except where statute expressly requires otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our Company UDOIT Kitchen Craft will not be liable in any event whether in contract or in tort (including negligence), or otherwise for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by you or any other person.
Law and Jurisdiction:
Your purchase and any Sales Contract you have with us is governed by the Country in which the goods were dispatched from for the purposes of your purchase.
