If you are one of those people who enjoy a bitter beer taste then add the HOPS at the beginning of the fermentation. This will increase the bitter taste of the beer. You can vary the bitterness from light to very strong bitterness depending on how long you boil the HOPS for before putting it into your brew mix.
If you sprinkle some more HOPS (not boiled, just dry) into the brew after fermentation then your beer will have that wonderful typical beer “Hoppy” aroma.
You can`t go wrong with a great tasting beer that has some bite to it and an aroma that lets you know “this is a real beer”.
