Gelatin Finings do a good job of clarifying beer. It is easy to use: just dissolve the contents of a sachet of gelatin finings into a cup of hot water , gently stir and when mixed pour into your wort when the wort has almost finished fermenting. Leave it 2 to 3 days then check the SG with your hydrometer. Ideally the reading should be about 1005 or just below. Now you can bottle it.
