The kit also comes with thorough instructions to make sure you first brew is a success.   TIP: When purchasing your bottles only use the pressure tested, amber coloured, re-usable bottles and caps fit for the purpose. These are pressure tested for beer and the amber colour elimnates what is commonly called "Light Struck"which would degrade the taste of your beer.
